By requesting service, you authorize TechCare Computers to:
• Perform troubleshooting and repair
• Access your device or network as needed
• Install or remove software when required

3. Remote Support

• Remote support is provided only after your request and approval
• You must be present or give consent before access begins
• You may disconnect the session at any time

4. No Guarantee

While we strive to resolve issues efficiently:
• We do not guarantee that all problems can be resolved
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden issues

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your data.
TechCare Computers is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or damage during service.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• Fees will be communicated prior to service when possible

7. Limitation of Liability

TechCare Computers shall not be liable for:
• Loss of data
• Loss of business or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Third-Party Software

We may recommend or use third-party software tools. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software.

9. Independent Service Provider

TechCare Computers is an independent IT service provider and is not affiliated with Microsoft, Apple, Google, or other manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
